Is AttaPoll legit? How it pays, why accounts get disabled, and 500 recent reviews
Quick answer
AttaPoll is legit: a survey app since 2016 that pays to PayPal, bank, Revolut and gift cards, with most payments arriving within minutes. Its survey stars show how likely you are to qualify. In 500 recent App Store reviews it averaged 3.55 stars, one of the better scores we've measured, but 17% of bad reviews were about disabled accounts, often from inactivity, profile errors, rushed answers or VPN use.
Is AttaPoll legit? Yes. AttaPoll is a real survey app that has been on the App Store since 2016, pays out to PayPal, bank, Revolut and gift cards, and says most payments arrive within minutes. Its weak spots are the usual survey ones, plus one that's specific to AttaPoll: accounts being disabled or deleted. Of its 500 most recent written App Store reviews, 33% were 1 or 2 stars, and 17% of those were about closed accounts, the highest share of any app we've studied.
We run Vazpop, a rewards site with its own surveys page, so we know how survey apps work from the inside. The facts below come from AttaPoll's help page and App Store listing, plus public reviews we counted ourselves.
How AttaPoll works
AttaPoll connects you to surveys from market research companies. Its listing says surveys range from a quick one-minute survey for about 20 cents to longer ones paying up to $10. It also has game offers, where you earn for reaching goals in mobile games, and a 10% referral bonus on what friends earn.
You always see the reward before you start. Once you reach the minimum, you can cash out to PayPal, your bank, Revolut or gift cards. The minimum varies a little by country, so check the Balance screen in the app for yours.
The survey stars: AttaPoll's most useful feature
Every survey in AttaPoll shows a star rating, and most people ignore it. They shouldn't. According to AttaPoll's own help page, more stars mean you're more likely to complete the survey, and fewer stars mean you're more likely to be screened out. AttaPoll's advice is to start with short surveys with the most stars, then try the others only if you have time.
That matters because screen-outs are the biggest time-waster in surveys. In AttaPoll's recent bad reviews, 16% were about being disqualified or kicked out. Following the stars won't stop that entirely, but it's the best filter you have.

What 500 recent AttaPoll reviews say
We pulled AttaPoll's 500 most recent written reviews from the US App Store, covering 18 June to 11 October 2026. They averaged 3.55 stars, against a lifetime rating of 4.6 from about 61,000 ratings. Among the 167 reviews with 1 or 2 stars:
| Complaint | Share of bad reviews |
|---|---|
| Problems cashing out | 28% |
| Account disabled or deleted | 17% |
| Screened out or kicked out of surveys | 16% |
| Support not responding | 16% |
| Game progress not tracking | 8% |
On the positive side, 279 of the 500 reviews were 5 stars, and many of those describe regular PayPal cashouts. That puts AttaPoll near the top of the eight apps in our study of 4,000 reward app reviews, second only to Freecash on recent reviews.
Why AttaPoll accounts get disabled
This is the part people most want explained, and AttaPoll's help page gives more of an answer than most apps do:
- Inactivity. If you don't take a survey or update your profile for 6 months, your account is deleted. Cash out before you take a long break.
- Phone verification. AttaPoll may ask you to verify a phone number that belongs to you. If you don't, you stop getting surveys.
- Profile mistakes at signup. If you gave an invalid year of birth in the first profiling survey, you won't get surveys at all. Your age can't be changed later.
- Survey quality. Reviewers describe being banned after answering fast or inconsistently. Survey companies check answers, and rushed ones get flagged.
- VPNs and travel. Several reviewers say they were disabled after opening the app abroad. Location matters to survey companies, so avoid using the app on a VPN or while travelling.
When a PayPal payment fails
A failed PayPal payment usually isn't AttaPoll keeping your money. Its help page lists the common causes: your PayPal account rejects payments in other currencies, blocks "pay anyone" payments, or isn't verified. In some countries, India for example, PayPal needs extra checks before it accepts international payments. Fix the setting in PayPal under "Getting Paid and Managing My Risk", then request again. Payments are normally instant but can take up to 72 hours.
AttaPoll game offers: what to expect
AttaPoll added game offers alongside its surveys, and they work like any game offer wall: install a game through AttaPoll, reach set levels, get paid per milestone. One reviewer describes milestones around $0.20 after 10 to 20 levels, which is typical for casual games. The complaints here are about tracking: games that stopped paying after a first cashout, or levels that didn't register. 8% of AttaPoll's bad reviews were about this.
Treat the games as a bonus, not the main event. Pick one game you'd enjoy anyway, check that the first milestone credits before you invest real time, and screenshot your progress. If a game hasn't credited after a day, move on rather than grinding further. Our guide to making money playing games on your phone explains how to pick game offers that are worth it.
Is AttaPoll legit and worth it?
For surveys on your phone, yes. It's one of the better-reviewed survey apps right now, the cashout options are wide, and the star system gives you an edge most apps don't. Expect a few dollars a week from casual use, not a wage. Our guide to making money taking surveys online covers what an honest hour of surveys pays.
Three habits that keep your account safe and your earnings flowing:
- Answer honestly and consistently, and take the time a survey needs.
- Keep your profile surveys up to date so you're matched to more surveys.
- Cash out regularly instead of saving a big balance.
If you want surveys alongside game offers and app trials in one place, Vazpop's surveys page shows each survey's reward and length before you start, every reward is in dollars, and you can cash out from $5 to PayPal, gift cards or USDC with no fees.
