Quick answer

If AttaPoll shows no surveys, usually no research company needs your profile right now; AttaPoll says some days have none and weekends are quieter. New users who never get surveys usually entered an invalid year of birth, which means deleting and re-creating the account. Unverified phone numbers also stop surveys. Complete your profile, keep notifications on and check weekday mornings.

AttaPoll no surveys available? Most of the time it simply means no research company is looking for someone with your profile right now. AttaPoll's own help page explains that survey numbers depend on your profile, that some days have none, and that weekends are quieter because many companies don't work then. If you're a new user who has never had a survey, the cause is usually an invalid year of birth in your first profile survey, and the only fix is to delete the account and sign up again.

We run Vazpop, a rewards site with a surveys page of its own, so we see how survey supply rises and falls every day. Everything below comes from AttaPoll's help page, checked on 12 October 2026, with our own notes on what helps.

Why AttaPoll shows no surveys

1. Nobody is looking for your profile today

AttaPoll doesn't create surveys. Market research companies do, and each one is looking for particular people: parents of toddlers, people who bought a car this year, nurses in Texas. AttaPoll matches you to the surveys you fit. On days when no current study needs someone like you, you'll see an empty list. AttaPoll says that on some days there may be no surveys at all, and on others there can be many.

This is the most common reason, and it's not a fault. Turn notifications on, because AttaPoll sends one when a survey that fits you appears.

2. It's the weekend

AttaPoll's help page points out that many companies don't work on weekends, so fewer surveys are created then. If your list is empty on a Saturday, check again on Monday or Tuesday morning before deciding something's wrong.

3. You opened the notification too late

Some surveys fill up in minutes. AttaPoll says a survey can close before you open the app, especially if the notification reached your phone late. If you often see "no survey" after tapping a notification, it's worth opening AttaPoll as soon as the alert arrives.

4. You've never had a survey: check your year of birth

This one is specific and fixable. AttaPoll says that if you're a new user and haven't received surveys from the very start, you didn't give a valid year of birth in the first profiling survey. Your core details, like age, can't be edited once the account exists. The fix AttaPoll gives is to delete your account from the Settings page and reinstall the app to start again. Cash out first if you have a balance, because deleting removes it.

5. Your phone number isn't verified

AttaPoll may ask you to verify a phone number that belongs to you. Its help page is clear that failing to verify will stop you receiving further surveys. If you've skipped that prompt, go back and complete it.

6. Your profile is thin or out of date

The more AttaPoll knows about you, the more surveys it can match. Fill in every profiling survey it offers, and keep them current when your life changes: a new job, a move, a new car. You can edit most of your profile under Settings, then Your Profile.

7. Location is off

Location is optional, but AttaPoll says some surveys are only sent to people in a specific area who have granted location permission. Allowing location while using the app can open up extra surveys.

Things that make it worse

A few habits reduce your surveys over time. Survey companies score the quality of your answers, and rushed or inconsistent responses can lead to fewer invitations or rejected rewards. Long gaps hurt too: AttaPoll deletes accounts that haven't taken a survey or updated their profile for 6 months. And using a VPN, or opening the app while abroad, can confuse location targeting and put your account at risk. In AttaPoll's recent App Store reviews, 17% of bad reviews were about disabled accounts, the highest share among the apps we've studied. We cover why in is AttaPoll legit.

What the survey stars tell you

When surveys do appear, AttaPoll gives you a useful filter. Each survey shows a star rating, and AttaPoll says more stars mean you're more likely to complete it without being screened out. On a quiet day, that matters even more: start with the short, high-star surveys first, and only try low-star ones if you have time to spare. It's the closest thing to a shortcut a survey app offers.

AttaPoll no surveys: how to get more

Put together, the most reliable routine is simple. Complete every profiling survey and keep your answers consistent. Keep notifications on and open alerts quickly. Check on weekday mornings rather than weekends. Start with the shortest surveys with the most stars, since AttaPoll says more stars mean a better chance of completing. And answer honestly and at a natural pace, every time.

Even then, a single survey app will have quiet days. That's why many people use two or three. Our guide to making money taking surveys online explains how to combine them, and is Five Surveys legit looks at one popular option.
