KashKick vs Mistplay: cash for game goals or points for everyday play
Quick answer
KashKick pays cash for reaching set goals in partner games, with a $10 minimum to US PayPal or gift cards and 1 to 3 day payouts. Mistplay pays points for everyday play, trivia and tournaments, redeemed for gift cards that can take up to 48 hours, with a one-time ID check. KashKick had clearly better recent reviews: 3.2 stars vs 2.6.
KashKick vs Mistplay is a choice between two styles of earning from games. KashKick pays cash: you hit set goals in partner games, and once you have $10 you cash out to PayPal or gift cards, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Mistplay pays points: you earn by playing and progressing in games, then spend points on gift cards in its shop. KashKick is better if you want PayPal money and don't mind deadlines. Mistplay suits relaxed, everyday play. On recent reviews, KashKick comes out clearly ahead.
We run Vazpop, a rewards site built on the same kind of game offers, so we know what sits behind both apps. Facts come from KashKick's Kash Out help page, Mistplay's iPhone help center, both App Store listings, and 1,000 public reviews we counted on 12 October 2026.

Two different ways to earn
KashKick's games come with clear targets: reach a level by a deadline and a set cash reward lands in your balance. That's efficient if you pick the right game, because a few big goals can add up quickly. The downside is pressure. Deadlines are real, and if the game's tracking misses a level, you'll need to chase it with support. KashKick's own advice for that is in our guide to KashKick not tracking.
Mistplay feels gentler. Its iPhone games live in a section called LoyaltyPlay, and you earn points as you complete goals, with extras for opening the app each day, keeping a Game Streak going, answering game trivia and placing in weekly tournaments. It rewards playing a little every day rather than sprinting to a target. The trade-off is that points end up as gift cards, not straight cash, and the amounts per hour tend to be lower.

Getting paid on each
KashKick's rules are short and clear. Activate your account, reach $10, verify your identity at Kash Out, and choose PayPal (US accounts only) or a gift card from KashRewards. Requests take 1 to 3 business days, and you can only have one pending at a time.
Mistplay's process happens in the Shop. Pick a gift card you have enough points for, confirm your email, and the order shows under My Rewards. Mistplay says a pending order can take up to 48 hours. Two newer checks are worth knowing: Mistplay asks for your location at redemption to confirm the card is available in your country, and since October 2026 it requires a one-time ID check through its partner Verisoul before gift cards. Neither is unusual, but both catch people by surprise.
What recent reviews say
KashKick's 500 most recent written reviews averaged 3.2 stars; Mistplay's iPhone reviews averaged 2.6. Here's what the bad reviews were about:
| Share of 1 and 2 star reviews about... | KashKick | Mistplay |
|---|---|---|
| Cashing out or redeeming | 32% | 35% |
| Support | 17% | 28% |
| Pay too low | 11% | 6% |
| Progress not tracking | 10% | 8% |
| Account locked or suspended | 4% | 9% |
The biggest gap is support: Mistplay's reviewers complain about unanswered tickets far more often. Mistplay also has more reports of locked accounts. KashKick's reviewers more often say the pay is low for the time, which fits its goal-and-deadline style. Both apps sit in the middle of the eight we compared in our study of 4,000 reward app reviews, with KashKick noticeably ahead.
If you're outside the US
This can decide it for you. KashKick is built for the US, and its help center says PayPal payouts only go to US-based PayPal accounts. Mistplay's iPhone app is also US-focused, while its Android app has been available longer and more widely, though availability varies by country. Mistplay checks your location when you redeem a gift card to confirm the card is offered where you live. Whichever you try, don't use a VPN to get around country limits. Both apps treat it as a serious breach, and Mistplay's help center warns it can lead to a permanent ban.
Which should you choose?
If you're in the US and want actual PayPal money, KashKick is the stronger pick: clearer rules, cash rewards and better recent reviews. If you'd rather play casually every day without deadlines and you're happy with gift cards, Mistplay fits that better, especially on Android, where its app has the longest history. Using both is fine. They're separate companies, and the habit of comparing the same game on two apps before you start is worth keeping.
Outside the US, or want a lower minimum? Vazpop works in your browser with 3,500+ game, app and survey offers, rewards shown in dollars before you start, and cashouts from $5 to PayPal, gift cards or USDC with no fees. For more comparisons, see KashKick vs Freecash and JustPlay vs Mistplay.
